Radiography and Tomography

Given 2-D pictures, for example from a brain scan, how can we determine 3-D information about the interior of the object? This module places this problem in the context of linear algebra, and gives students the opportunity to develop solutions to the problem using linear algebra concepts.

The module is designed for inclusion in a first course in linear algebra, and a description can be found here.
